 Gaining trust of chimpanzees was a tough one for Goodall. but she made them to trust her by at first, she just stepped back when she knew that chimps ran away every time she wanted to get close to them. Then she started to just go near to them little by little, without doing anything. She just sat near to them and not doing anything, and chimps just looked at her and felt that they had nothing to fear from her. So, they started getting near to her and felt at ease.

What was your favorite part of this book? Why?

My favorite part was when Jane Goodall saw David the chimp use a grass stem to "fish" for termites. 

It was amazing to learn that animals can use tools just like humans. 

 My favorite part of the story was when the chimps recognized Goodall as not a threat to them, so they were at ease to the point of wrecking havoc her things inside her tent, but Jane did not stop them. Instead, she just let them do that because she wanted to see what they would do and to learned their behavior and feelings.

 Yes, I have. We went to a cove far from our city. It was 6-7 hours travel time. I was scared at first because I didn't want to ride any boats. However, I didn't have any choice. It is resolved when his friend Ramon accidentally hears him playing at home and tells their teacher, Mr. Rosen, who then invites Matthew to perform.

 The problem is when Matthew, even though he can play the piano and wanted to join the Art and Music Pageant, he couldn't because he is too shy and scared  to tell other people about his talent. But because of Ramon, who accidentally heard him playing, he is the one who told everybody about it and the one who made a way for him to make his dream come true.

What talent or skill would you like to share in a school pageant?

I would like to play the piano in the pageant.

Then they went to the grocery store to buy things that they need in case of emergency like bottled water, canned food, batteries, flashlights and first-aid kit. Then they went home and moved their stuff upstairs in case the flood comes in to their house.

What part of the story did you like most?

I liked the part when Juliette and Papa prepared for the storm the most. I thought it was interesting because they worked together and took care of each other. 

It also showed how important family is during a difficult situation. 

The part of the story that I like the most was when Juliette and her father tried their best to rescue the two mean boys and her Uncle when the flood had made them stranded and nowhere else to go.

I think the moral lesson of the story is that we should stay strong and help each other during difficult times.
